About Warren Platner
Warren Platner (1919 to 2006) was an American architect and interior designer. He studied architecture at Cornell, and in the early 1960s he worked in Eero Saarinen's office before releasing his own furniture collection in 1966.
He described what he wanted as a "decorative, gentle, graceful" kind of design, and he found it in steel: curved rods welded to circular frames, each piece needing more than a thousand welds.

What the numbers show
The dining table is the heavy one. At 93 kg, with a 15 mm glass top 137 cm across, it is more than twice the weight of the coffee table and needs planning for delivery and placement. The single rod base means nobody at the table has a leg to work around.
The three seats sit at three heights. The armchair at 43.5 cm suits a dining table at 72 cm; the lounge chair at 48 cm and the stool at 52 cm are for lounging and perching. Check the stool against the height of the chair or sofa it sits beside.
Nothing is in stock. All five pieces take 12 to 16 weeks.
